Mika Käyhkö appointed as CEO of Valukumpu
The CEO of Valukumpu, Seppo Lappalainen, has decided to step down from his position after a long and distinguished career. Valukumpu’s board has appointed Mika Käyhkö as the new CEO. Mika has been working as the plant manager at Valukumpu since 2007.
“Mika’s diverse skills and extensive experience support the company’s and the group’s future strategy. Mika has played a crucial role in, among other things, the development of Valukumpu’s clean room production,” says Chairman of the Board Mikko Nevalainen. “In addition to continuous improvement, important themes in the near future include investing in the workforce and sustainability issues,” adds the incoming CEO, Mika Käyhkö.
