More collaboration with Karelia UAS
We are a key partner of Karelia University of Applied Sciences. We appreciate collaboration with students, and we offer them different possibilities for internships, theses, and course projects. We constantly want to improve our collaboration with educational institutes. From now on, we offer our staff the possibility of enrolling in courses from Karelia’s open university. Our staff can study free of cost, according to their own schedules. This is one of our ways of encouraging our staff to develop their own expertise through the broad variety of courses from Karelia.
According to our Chief Human Resources Officer Riitta-Elina Räty, the development of the expertise of our staff is a part of our corporate strategy. “We are happy to be able to provide possibilities for additional training and education through our partner, and to support them during the studies. I feel that these means can influence the commitment, motivation and the career opportunities of our staff significantly.”
