Internal factory visits
We have started Group-wide internal factory visits in the end of 2023. The visits continue now in the beginning of 2024. Approximately half of the whole staff of Ouneva Group will participate in the visits.
The purpose of the visits is to get familiar with the operations of Ouneva Group companies. The visitors get a broad factory tour with coffee and getting to know each other. The visits have given our staff a great overview on what the other companies are doing, and our staff gets to meet people from the other units.
We have gotten a lot of positive feedback about the visits and we are very happy, that participation has been active. To build a strong team spirit, it’s important that we know each other and get to meet. Together with a strong attitude we succeed.
