Summer employees gave us an excellent rating

After the summer, it is once again a good time to reflect on how our nearly 120 summer employees experienced working at Ouneva Group. We asked them for feedback at the end of their summer employment period, and the survey received an overall rating of 9.1/10, while the eNPS score measuring their willingness to recommend us as an employer was 55*.

The summer employees’ responses particularly highlighted a positive work atmosphere, friendly and approachable colleagues and supervisors. Many appreciated the high-quality induction, the support they received, and the opportunity to learn new things at their own pace. Other positive factors included varied work, the possibility to influence their own duties, and flexible working hours. Overall, the respondents found the work environment pleasant and felt that Ouneva Group is a workplace where employees are well looked after and where people enjoy coming to work.

“Thank you to everyone who helped induct, guide, and support our summer employees. A positive summer work experience is created together, and every interaction matters. The feedback we received helps us build on our successes and continue developing our ways of working,” says HR Specialist Mari Räty.

*eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is an employee experience metric that indicates how likely employees are to recommend their workplace to others. Employees are asked how likely they are to recommend the company as a workplace (on a scale of 0–10). Based on their responses, employees are classified as promoters (rating 9–10), passives (7–8), or detractors (0–6). The eNPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, and the result can range from -100 to +100.
